Easy and [kinda] Healthy Fries

Take 2 medium Idaho potatoes, leave the skin on and cut into fries. Place the fries in a Ziploc bag with 1 tablespoon EVOO, and 1/2 teaspoon of each of the following: paprika, chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder. Toss around the Ziploc until fully mixed, place on a cookie sheet (coated with Pam), and bake to desired crunchiness. I like mine cooked at 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Turn them over halfway through baking.

These are very tasty and pretty good for you vs. deep frying. I have mine with mustard, you may also like a little bit of salt. Serve with a lean cut sautéed rib eye steak and you'll have a gourmet healthy meal.

Pictured is a double portion of this recipe that I made last night. Any suggestions to make these even better?
